Clover Heating and Cooling of Sleepy Hollow, NY is searching for an energetic, self-motivated, and organized full-time Customer Assistant Office Manager/CSR. This dynamic position can expect to earn a competitive wage of $50,000 - $60,000/year, depending on experience. Clover Heating & Cooling is a well-established HVAC service business based in Sleepy Hollow, New York. We have been installing, servicing and repairing both residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Westchester and Rockland counties since 1986. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, and more!

Essential duties of this position:
Manage day-to-day office duties
Maintain office procedures
Respond to customer phone inquires
Contact customers to set up appointments by phone or email
Run reports in Quickbooks
Post daily receipts in scheduling software
Requirements
Must be comfortable using a computer
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in Quickbooks
Working knowledge of Service Titan Software
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Knowledge of HVAC a plus
